Deberiat was founded in 2011. The company provides portfolio, programme and project management services, directly to clients or as a 'white label' service through reputable consultancies. 

Garret Beggan, Founder and Delivery Director, has wide experience of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, with particular emphasis on the Automotive Industry and the Public Sector. His detailed, practical knowledge covers the whole life of major Business Change and IT projects, from Portfolio Selection and Business Case through Procurement and Project Delivery to Service Management and Benefits Realisation.

Garret speaks several European languages and has experience of working in a number of European countries and cultures. He has managed relationships at all levels, across business-to-business, senior management, end user and third party suppliers.

Garret has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Diplomas in Engineering Business Management, German and Spanish. He is a qualified practitioner in PRINCE2, Agile, Business Change Management, MSP, MoP, M_o_R and P3O. He is also a member of the APM and holds the APMP qualification in Project Management.

David Lusby, Co-founder and Support Director, has worked in leisure and retail in the UK and Ireland. His true passions are music and tea, and by keeping our admin costs down he ensures his stories of the UK anarcho-punk scene will always be more hair-raising than a Deberiat invoice.
